Fill drop down list from database

Fill drop down list from database. But depend as per the upper drop down list.

i have 3 drop down list Country, State, City. all fill from database but if i select country then state will be fill as per country. same as city fill as per state wise.

so how can we do that

on country drop down change event, filter state dropdown based on country

then on state dropdown change event filter city dropdown based on state
