Fill missing value

Question

Hi, i have a requirement as follows. Value ayValue A 1 23 21 22 B 34 31 89 C 222 10 Output: Value ayValue A 1 A 23 A 21 A 22 B 34 B 31 B 89 C 222 C 10 I need this in ms sql and mysql, please help me.

Please elaborate more on your requirement: - Is input data coming from some table? How are you giving the input data? - Are you expecting this output to be pushed to some table or you just want this to be displayed as part of stored proc?

Hi Shweta, I created the table with the following structure. The output should come up with select statement only. CREATE TABLE [dbo].[MissingValue] ( [Value] [varchar](1) NULL, [ayValue] [int] NULL ) GO INSERT INTO [dbo].[MissingValue](Value,ayValue) VALUES ('A', 1), ('', 23), ('', 21), ('', 22), ('B', 34), ('', 31), ('', 89), ('C', 222), ('', 10)
