i am using five dropdown list in employee table for diffrent combination ,help me with code

for ex.1 ddlgender and ddldivision

2 ddlgender and ddl designation

3 ddl gender and ddlcategory and division

please help me applying filters this combinations

when iam select on selction of gender whath is code for this please send me...

but i want all code on button not on selectoin gender because my other comabiaton is like division & catgory ,designation & division so please help me how can that achive

1.On Selection Of Gender

division--->designation----->category

we can achieve this using Join
