Find IP Address or Host Name using MAC Address

what if the MAC address is sitting on a computer whos IP address is dynamically assigned by an ISP? what use will the IP address be to you?

Who's MAC address?
How are you going to get it?
What will you do with it?

Now the bad news

It is almost impossible (I say almost because one day it may be possible) to get an IP address for a MAC address there are LOTS and LOTS of issues that cannot be solved without government know how.

If it were possible to get IP addresses from MAC addresses, every computer on the planet would be a pin point on government maps.

You cannot do it...
