Hi Nitin,

I think first need to find usercontrol and then lable. Is your TagName="Details" same as your UC control id. Please verify and try once
<%@ Register Src="~/Details.ascx" TagPrefix="uc1" TagName="Details" %>
Details objDetails = (Details)Page.FindControl("Details");

Label lblIndex = (Label)this.objDetails.FindControl("lblIndex");

Hi Nitin,

Please try below code.
protected void Page_Load(object sender, EventArgs e)
{
            TextBox box = (TextBox)this.YourControlId.FindControl("TextBoxID");
            string str = box.Text;
}
