finding certificate permissions in C#

How can we fetch the Permission of the windows certificate in C # to a list?

I want to fetch the permissions of personal certificates and store the permissions to list.

Pemissions here are- the User groups , which comes under the manage Private key in Certificates.

Actually I was looking for the Users and Groups which have access to the certificates. The code at below location is not giving me that details.
