Hi,

i am currrently develop an application for payroll in c# .net

For this,i want get employee fingerprint and calculate baswd on intime outtime

How to store fingerprint in sql server

how to compare fingerprint

which dll i use?

I would recommend the following tools that will help you with your application -

Touch N Go ID - www.touchngoid.com - This API will allow you to capture/store fingerprints in your database and do fingerprint matching. They also have sample code in C#.

Fingerprint Scanner -
You will also need a fingerprint Scanner. If you do not have one you can select one from here -

Purchase a finger print device and SDK will come along with that. I do suggest digitalPersona. They do supply the device with their Nice SDK and Sample applications. Download their SDK and try to under stand the functionalites. Then talk to you supervisor to proceed..
