Folder can be accessed in the local machine; but not in hosted server.

I created a folder for users to upload their images and this folder is in the same virtual directory  where the other files are.

In my local machine when I run the project from my Visual Studio environment, it will display images from that folder,

but when I upload the site to my hosting provider's machine, it does not dipsplay images which are uploaded by users after the user uploads his image.

Any clue to fix it?
