Form closing even in c# windows form

In one of my application , i have MDI froms and child forms.

When i close the MDI form, when one child form is open, it's asking conformation to close the child form. As soon as i gave "Yes", it's asking confirmation to close MDI. I gave "No" to close MDI form. but the child form is not closing.

Can anybody guide me...
