Hi, I added a new icon to my project, set it to build as an embedd resource, and set the icon property of the form to my new icon. The property grid show the correct icon, but the form does not. Where did I go wrong?

Try copying the icon to your /bin/debug directory and see if it works properly then. If that is the case, then the issue is with the Embedded Resource not being included with the build properly. I've seen some issues like that with VS.NET 2003 here and there. -James
