forum questions never replied to!!

Why is there only about 20% of forum questions replied to??? Especially the basic questions. I feel that as per usual these technical forums are manned by toffy nosed gits that think they are above it all. Perhaps you should get someone who has real feeling for the subject not those who have a hidden - not hidden but obvious - agenda.
