Framework Required

Hello,

I just make a simple C# program in VS2010 but it not run in my friends computer(XP-SP2), where he has framework 3.5 and I install framework 4.0.30128.1 on his computer but it not work. This frame work name is "dotNetFx40_Full_x86.exe" & it's size is 35.2 MB.

Plz help me. If possible plz put here any other (which will work) redistributable framework's link.
