Front End for SQL Database 2016 connection

Question

Hi, I have created a backend Employee sign in/out database and need to create a front end. Please tell me what is the easiest method to create this front end and some guidelines on how to do it.

Please find attached a visual to the image gallery, hope you can see it.

Scenario:

Staff member arrives to work, goes to iPad and searches for their name. Then selects their name, then ticks the In box. 

Staff member leaves, selects their name, then ticks the Out box. 

Just need a status of which staff names are In and which are Out.
