This is a great question and many are in the same boat. One advise I can give you is, forget 14-yrs of experience. In the era of AI, you need to UnLearn and ReLearn. You can't do things the way you have been doing for past 15 years. For AI, everyone is a beginner.
One of the role that will increase is how to use various AI tools to create workflows and build real business solutions. This is not learning Python and ML but using tools.
May be we should have a Webinar on this topic.
