what are the prerequisites to learn .net?

Hello

For learning .NET C# is must for you because it is base for the same

And for data access purpose :

Sql Server or
Linq
Entity framework

And also should know some designing sections like :

HTML
CSS
Javascript
Bootstrap etc

Than you can easily develop application using .net
