The cocept behind getting data based on a parameter value is first, you have to create an API that fetches your data from database based on a given parameter. Here your data you want are the city, state, currecy, etc.. the parameter is the zipcode. Once you have the API for that already setup, you can then make an HTTP request to that API via your Angular app. Take a look at this for example: https://stackoverflow.com/questions/13760070/angularjs-passing-data-to-http-get-request If you are new to angular, then I would recommend you to start at the basic first. read the getting started articles and then understand how stuff works before jumping into real programming.
