Get IP through messengers

Instant Messenger like YAHOO MSN GOOGLETALK etc provide fair mechanism to send instant messages... Is there any way or method through which we can find IP address of other party chatting with on one of these messengers or for all.... Note: netstat -a~-n file sending was valid but could not able to find the exact and direct way to find... Plz help..!

Thankyou for your time, problem is not with file transfering but i want to resolve the end user chating persons path by coding, for an example i am monitoring a remote machine that is my emploee's from my application installed on employee machine, what i can see is the ip address of the machine to which i am monitoring with my application, I found thet my employee is chatting to somebody and i need to know the IP address of the party to whom my employee is talking to, i know you understand,
how can i do by coding something in my application that is installed on clients computer

HI Shakil,
To find out a persons IP when you are chatting with them on MSN Messenger. you must be currently chatting or transfering a file,

goto the command prompt and type netstat. you will see a list of DNS names and ports.
