I think no one knows what a name port is. Do you mean name of the port? Ports typically do not have names and Windows applications cannot use a device's port. The word port is used in many ways though, such as sockets have ports. So you need to be more clear about the type of device and the driver and such. So if you can clarify what you need and if someone knows the answer, they will help you.
