Get SPO sites without users in the site

Dear Team,

How can we get SPO sites list without no users in the site.

Please suggest is there any PowerShell script to get this list for all Sites and sub-sites

For example, I have a site with the name "SPO" but users are not there in the site, when i run the PowerShell script i want to get all sites with empty users

Dear All,

We are using 3rd tools remove orphaned users in SharePoint site. In this scenario we are idified few sites without users. Through Powershell is it possible to get this list?

We are removing the orpahned user subsite level.

For eample, We have site collection A under B,C,D are subsites

We are using 3rd tools remove orphaned users under site collection subsite A

Once removed the Orpahned user sometime are emapty without no users. Assume B site have only one user If that person Orpahned user

I agreed with Waqas Sarwar, site can not be created without owner identity. so could you please provide some more detail what exactly you looking for.

Hi Thuyavan,

Do you think he is asking how to create a site without users? NO, his question is simple, can he get the List of Sites which has no users? is that make sense?

Even you create Modern team site without group, still you have to mentione the primary admin of that site collection.

Basically you want to create a site without a use or group present in that ... Yes it is possible please see this below article the way to accomplish, and make sure you are not inheriting permission at the top-level site

I dont think, you can have a site without user, at minimum you have primary site collection admin in it. can you explain what you mean by no users.
