get system DB name of sql server using windowsauthentication

i want coading or programme for windows authentication mode using sql server 2008.

      I have two authentication modes db authentication and windows authentication, when i select windows authentication radio butten that time

i want it only accept server name from any server and then it show me all database names,how to write connection string for that?
