get the column data of datalist

i have applied in my project ajax and there is a datalist which i have bind with sqldatasource.There is some field(uid,date_time,question) and a button. when i click that button a fckeditor will open.when i store the data of fckeditor.there is a requirement of uid and question.how can i get it? plz help me.
problem is like this
uid-- sanjay
date-6/03/1984
question-what is my name
Answer----button

Hi,

Here in Example Taken Two labels Label3 and Label4 in DataList Template and Here is Method How to getData From 2nd Row .
```
 protected void GetData_Click(object sender, EventArgs e)
    {
        string username = ((Label)(DataList1.Items[1].FindControl("Label3"))).Text;
        string password = ((Label)(DataList1.Items[1].FindControl("Label4"))).Text;

        Label5.Text = username;
        Label6.Text = password;
    }
```
