Get value of checked item from datagridview

guys i have datagridview like this

and in checkedlistbox only email column rows showen,so i want whenever an item checked get its pass from datagridview

richTextBox1.Text=dataGridView1.Rows[e.RowIndex].Cells["Your Coloumn name"].Value.ToString();
