geting records from datagrid

Hi, Is there are way to get the colums of a specific record from a datagrid to print out specific values?

The only way is to iterate through the rows and pick out the data. The datagrid creates a dataview that the binding context taps into, but I don't know if that would be of any help in sorting out the columns.
