Getting 500 Internal Server Error After Hosting.

Hi,
I have one auto-complete text that i have done by using web method and ajax jquery. The auto-complete is working fine in my local machine but when i am hosting it i am getting 500:Internal server error. Please help me out on this. Plz plzz.

check IIS Manager set the default/home/welcome page attribute in IIS "default.aspx"
