Github Error while push any changes in Visual Studio 2017

I got this Error when pushing, syncing, fetching or pulling to remote repository

"Failed to push to the remote repository. See the Output window for more details."

For security purposes, github remove one security protocol to connect to github and break a lot of client. See this document to fix it: https://developercommunity.visualstudio.com/content/problem/201457/unable-to-connect-to-github-due-to-tls-12-only-cha.html
