Giving hyperlink to each values of the column

Hi,
  I am using gridview and iam binding database employee table values to this gridview. The employee table contains id, name and email id. here i have to give hyperlink to id column items. iam not getting how to do this one. suppose id is 001 if i click on id 001 or 002 etc the corresponding detaild should come automatically. please can anyone help me. Thanks in advance.
