Grid view control is missing in vs 2010 ?

I am facing this unique problem i was unable to see gridview item in toolbox :(

I have clicked choose items by right clicking on toolbox , even tough grid view is checked inside the list of controls but its not reverting its visibility in toolbox ?

Any suggestions
