Assign two datasource to a gridview

Je suis développeur web plus coté php mais je m'entraine depuis un temps coté c# asp.net (application web)
j'ai une grosse difficulté qui ma pris une semaine pleine !

Voici ma difficulté :

- Je voudrai remplir un datatable ou un gridview qui est deja remplir (Modifier un datatable ou gridview qui est deja utilisé sans modifier les données existantes)

- Autrement je voudrai ajouter un deuxieme datasource à un gridview qui as deja un datasource assigné
