Gridview - Textbox autoincrement

Hi,
I have a gridview. In that I enter employee name,address,salary in textboxes and also have linkbutton to insert that values in to database.I have another link button to insert more records that is "add new row" to grid.Now I want to insert textbox which automatically increase it value when new row is added.Can any one help me to do this?
