sir i have an interview on next week of sept. as an dotnet developer in cognizant i'm little bit nervous that what should focus on i have good knowledge of c# and respective platform. But not that much
if you guide me some of the interview experience or the question that most interviewer asked in the dotnet . it will be very helpful for me..

it varies wildly, they could ask literally anything. when I'm the interviewer I usually ask about previous experiences and go from there and/or ask questions related to things I noticed in their technical test (we have this step before the technical interview).
Show confidence in yourself and in your dev capabilities. (you gain this by practice) explain what you brought to the team/company in your past experiences. don't fail badly if there is a technical test (or at least show your intelligence and understanding of the problem if you fail) that's the best way to get the job.
As it is an mnc you can expect questions like what is this and that. Mainly c#, database I have seen. But be sure you know ur project well and ready to explain ur project stack.
