I have completed my BCA in open mode from Dr. C.V. Raman University, Bilaspur and GNIIT (complete 3 year course) as my qualification. I also cleared a MCP exam of 2005, digital certificate of which is I am having. Since last 10 months, I am working for a marketing company, because I didnt got my GNIIT degree at that time when I joined the marketing company, Now I am having my degree of BCA and GNIIT both. As, I am working for a marketing company, I think i forget the basics from my GNIIT classes, I think I will recognize if I will go through it . So please tell me should I have to look for a job as a fresher or do my marketing experience gonna help me in It field? How much I will be paid if I will get selected in a company as per my qualification? How much I will get paid as minimum as I also cleared Microsoft exam of SQl 2005 and as per my qualification? I want to do Higher education later after joining a company of IT field.

I don't think your marketing experience will help you in a programming job unless some company need help in both, marketing and coding. As fresher, there is "no rule" how much you will get paid. Some companies pay freshers some don't. Your goal for next year or two should be learn as much as you can without expecting any money. I know it is difficult but for long run, it is better than working for a marketing company.
If you're in NOIDA/Delhi area, check out MCN Solutions and contact somebody there. We at MCN do hire freshers and definitely your marketing experience can help.
Good luck!
