Mahesh, you say You can't just copy somebody's image or logo but it is done very frequently. Unfortunately, it can be done (not legally) until someone takes legal action.

A few months ago, the American government wanted to pass a law that would make it easier to shut down web sites with content that was copied without permission. Wikipedia protested, since the law would likley shut down Wikipedia. It is very difficult for web sites such as Wikipedia to ensure that all content is legal. The law might have even shut down web sites such as C# Corner.

I sure do not understand why the law could not have been written so that it was reasonable, but I have not spent time leraning about it.

Unless the law has been changed recently, it is my understanding that the laws proteting copyrights and trademarks have very little teeth unless the owners take legal action.

they might be really hacked and later secured by hosting companies,i investigated it all over the net.
