I am currently working in IT company at ahmedabad. Finding a new job. I have completed B.E(IT) with first class. Please suggest me.

I would suggest you to go for a Master Degree.
B.E is still a Bachelor Degree. And to survive in this growing world, we do need a master degree.
As far as my knowledge goes, B.E with 4 years experience + masters will help you to go in a big MNC...
Also, since you have experience, there are great chances for you to get through college campus placements.
Also, package will be good.
Anyways... final choice is yours.
