Help For Learning .Net

Hi all of u, i m a new memeber for this site. I need a help from u. i decided to learn the VB .Net 2005 within a 1 month.so i need a help. can anybody guid me how to start? which book should i refer? i want to grab a complete knowledge of .Net in one month. is this possible to grab in one month?.Plz reply .it 'll be great favor on me
