HELP ME PLEASE ABOUT VOICE RECOGNITION

i wants to know can voice recognition differentiate between voice???

in my plan capture voice then store in database and compare the voice

in the end can output the actual voice . like compare between 2-3 people...

please anyone can help me with this...or has another idea...
