Help needed in understanding C# code

Hi

I am a Final Year B.E. Student and doing a project on Auto Summarisation Tool (Automatic generation of summary of the given text).

We have got it's reference code in C#. We have not studied C# in our curriculum and so it has become difficult for us to understand that code. Can anyone here please help us understanding the code ?
