For telerik controls, you will have to purchase the controls and install it...

But best option is, not to use 3rd party controls, as they have compatibility issues when the .NET Framework version is high.

Eg -
Telerik 2.0 is not compatible with Framework 4.0.

you can do it with the help of stringbuilder. like a one table create in code behind page.  i make this type of in one school website .
