Pls, help me call Javascript or creating new function in page *.ascx , *.ascx.cs to perform tasks such as file attachments.

I think you will get more help if you describe your problem more in the message body instead of in the attached zip file. People that help are less likely to download a zip file without first knowing that they can help. Also, if this is an ASP application then perhaps the question should be asked in the ASP forum.
