hex to ascii conversion

I want to read the hexdata which is already converted and displaying in textbox and need to consider that and convert it back to ascii. how do i do that?

Thank you Madan sorab, it was helpfull.
I had given ascii as "Host Computer" whereas it converts to hex and should revert back to ascii as same. I'm getting "?" symbol as extra in the output of hex to ascii conversion.
I have used the code,

String hexstring = txtInput.Text;
var bytes = new byte[hexstring.Length/2];
for(var i=0; i<=bytes.length; i++)
{
bytes[i] = convert.ToByte(hexstring.Substring(i*2,2),16);
}
Filerd.Text=Encoding.ASCII.GetString(bytes);

i/p : Host computer
o/p : Host computer ?
