hi frds, how to open a pop up ms-excel window sheet

hi frds, again for my project i have a doubt, when my client using a application , from that application he wants to open a excel sheet, my client need not go for ms office and opening excel sheet, he wants to open a excel window sheet on that application , can any one suggest me
