Please help me out.

The below pic shows that date i am getting from DB in string format. Now i want to change it into date. bcz after downloading the excel. I am unable to change the formatted cells to date format. i shown in below pic.

now i am changing into this format. unable to change. Please help me out.

Convert your colunm using below code,
DateTime.ParseExact("YourDateColumn", "dd/MM/yyyy", null);
Or

If if you have SQL query then you can convert at query level also like below
select convert(varchar, "YourDateColumn", 103)

dr["birth_day"]= DateTime.Parse(String.Format("{0}:dd.MM.yyyy",dr["birth_day"]));
This will help to convert the datatable value date field.

i have this way. getting above error
DataTable dttable = DataTools.GetData(DataTools.getConfigurationstring("MySql"), rawQuery + ";");
DataTable dt = new DataTable();
foreach (DataColumn col in dttable.Columns)

if (col.DataType == typeof(string)) {
dt.Columns.Add(col.ColumnName, typeof(DateTime));

dt.ImportRow(dttable.Rows[1]);
