Hi, what do i need to install to write an asp.net mvc application on my m/c? I have VS 2010 and sql server 2008.

Hey if you have VS 2010, then by default you will get MVC Template available in your Web App Section. Just Click on New --> "New Project" --> In the web section... The MVC2 template is already available...

If you would have been working on VS2008, then you would have supposed to install the Service Pack 1 first and then install the MVC Template from ASP.NET site.. 

So you do not need to worry.
