Hi Priya,
If any comment is spam or promotional, our team may remove it. The user who posted the comment can also delete it themselves, in which case it will no longer be visible.
If it is a genuine comment and has not been deleted by the user, it should remain visible. If you still cannot see it, I’ll check and let you know soon.
