Hosted web api gives run time error?

I have hosted a web Api on dev server, But after every 3 to 5 days it goes down, it is not accessible.

I am not able to identify whether the problem is in the coding or on the server side

I have faced this type of issue many times ,just add this line in web.config file whatever looking in your error.
this occur due custom mode .

CustomError tag in web.config has following options:

On: Specifies that custom errors are enabled. If no defaultRedirect attribute is specified, users see a generic error. The custom errors are shown to the remote clients and to the local host.
Off Specifies that custom errors are disabled. The detailed ASP.NET errors are shown to the remote clients and to the local host.
RemoteOnly Specifies that custom errors are shown only to the remote clients, and that ASP.NET errors are shown to the local host. This is the default value.

Try to browse the same URL in your local server means where it is hosted or make mode as Off to know exact reason.
