how can i host a web application developed in .NET framework 4.5?

If you publish by File System Method then
1. For first time deploy all publish files using filezilla
2. Also modify web config

For next deploy
1. bin folder
2. Files which design modified with css ,jquery etc
3. Upload these files using Filezilla on web server
4. Database changes on DB server side
