How a fresh Student make there Career in Microsoft Technolog
"No one employer want to hire fresh candidate ,and want everybody expirience candidate".
if employer not give the chance to fresher then how he expect exprienc programmer.?
thts the big problem for fresher,how to struggle this problem by fresher ?

One suggestion I will give is, create a group of 4-5 friends and work on a project under someone who can guide you guys. We are building something similar on C# Corner but unfortunately that won't be ready for a while. We do not have enough resources.
Definitely try to join and attend local user group meetings and learn and absorb as much as you can. Try to find some project in small companies where you will get a chance to learn more.
