how add sound schemes to windows 8.1

I know one can change sounds but how does one import entire sound schemes like those found on the winsounds website into windows 8. I can find no way of doing it other than inporting a theme and swapping the sound schemes around. I would like to import just a sound schem not a theme.

How can it be done please?
