how can check query is working is not in sp. as like C# method of function to return value is true or false

If you have a complex query that selects multiple data from different tables then best way is to store that temp table to see the output of that query.
if query is related to the single function , then better to print it.
Also, don't forget to remove temp table once you are done.

Hi,
To know whether query is working or not u can use try catch in procedure like below.
CREATE PROCEDURE TEST
@OUTVAL INT OUTPUT
AS
BEGIN
SET NOCOUNT ON;
SET @OUTVAL =0
Begin Try
--------- YOUR SQL STATEMENTS GOES HERE
SET @OUTVAL = 1
END TRY
BEGIN CATCH
SET @OUTVAL = -1
END CATCH
RETURN @OUTVAL
END
In other methods you will get error in C# code or where you are calling this procedure but in this case you wont get any error but code like if you are getting -1 then it means error in your procedure.

You can print something or add a select 'True' query in the procedures particular block to know that.
