How can embed one exe to another exe in window application.

I want to make a executable file of windows app which is use ffmpeg .exe to find the thumbnail of video. If i make a general .exe file of windows app then it give error (ffmpeg.exe) can not found .
   thus , how to make .exe of these app which also embed ffmpeg.exe.
