You can get resources from Microsoft Virtual Academic. But not sure all the videos are free. Read all the chapters in book. The best training method is to try and work out the samples and their practical question

1) 70-461: Querying Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014

2) 70-462: Administering Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 Databases

3) 70-463: Implementing a Data Warehouse with Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014

4) 70-464: Developing Microsoft SQL Server 2012/2014 Databases
